Here is a quick FAQ/troubleshoot for assistant's creating their Agent Portal account
- In order for an assistant to create an account they need to be linked to an agent's profile as an employee
- Their email needs to be in the CORE system. If the email is missing in CORE and a person goes through the registration process, they will see a 404 error message
- A good way to check to see if an agent is able to create a profile for the Agent Portal is by searching for their party record. If a record exists, they are good-to-go.
- Click on the Parties menu
- Select Roles to Search - choose Employee (not CORE Employee)
- Search by Name
- Click Submit
