Case Changes

Case headers will reflect the agent's affiliations in addition to the logo appearing next to the agent's name.

Header Changes

  • There are going to be instances when the case logo does not match the agent's logo. Primarily, this occurs if an agent's affiliation changes after a case goes inforce. The case logo will reflect the agent's affiliation at the time the case goes Inforce. The agent's logo will reflect their current affiliation.
  • Communications reflect the case logo/affiliation.
