Case - Badge Icons

Quickly identify Multi-Life and List Bill cases

Other identifying factors on the case level can be added as a group classification for reporting and identifying the case level. A badge icon will appear on the case.

Adding the classification to the case:

1. Go to the Case Details tab
2. Scroll down to the Case Details Widget
3. Click on Classification
4. Choose the Classification/Classifications you want to add
5. Click Save

If there is a corresponding image/icon, it will appear on the case header.
