Formal Case Workflows - Overview

Here's an overview of the case workflows applicable to all lines of business, excluding Annuities.

Initial Step: All cases start with the status "Await Case Manager Review."

  • Triggers in the case workflow automatically update the follow-up on the case manager's dashboard for each step. When a step is completed, the system closes the related follow-up. It generates a new one for the following status, ensuring case managers have the most current tasks and statuses.

  • Triggers also initiate additional required case details, ensuring all necessary information is captured at each step of the case workflow.

The Case Workflow tab provides a detailed view of each action taken on a case, including who performed the action, when it occurred, and the time elapsed since the last action.
