Navigating Core

• • The Dashboard in Core is your central hub for managing tasks and activities. It displays follow-ups categorized as overdue, due today, or due soon. Here are the key tabs available on the Dashboard:

    • All Tab: Displays all follow-ups, providing a comprehensive view of all tasks.
    • Agent Tab: Shows all follow-ups related to agents.

• Left Side Navigation Menus:

• • Use the left-side navigation menus to access different sections of the system, such as Agent Management, Case Management, and more.
  • When you click on a menu item, you will be directed to the corresponding record search page.

  • For those who frequently manage cases, the case search at the top of the interface offers a direct way to search and access individual cases. 
  • The history button, located to the right of the case search, provides an easy way to view your recent activities within Core. You can quickly revisit recently accessed records without having to perform a search.
