Tick!t

Tick!t cases appear on the 'New App Entry' tab on your dashboard.

Roles

You need to have the 'App Fulfillment Specialist' security role to view this tab. In addition, because you are assigning case managers to each Tick!t case, you will also need to have the 'Case Manager' role or the 'IT Admin' role.

Process

  1. Click on the case number
  2. Click on the yellow 'Initial Review Completed' button to assign the Case Manager
  3. Assign the Case Manager
    1. You may need to update the UW class. There are instances with Tick!t does not send this information to CORE.
  4. Click on the 'Initial Review Completed' button to complete the process
  5. A pop-up window will state that the Initial Review was completed
  6. Close the pop-up window
  7. Repeat Steps 1 - 6 as needed

10 STEPS

1. Tickit cases will be available under the tab titled "New App Entry." Those with the App Fulfillment Specialist security role will have this tab.

2. In addition, the person reassigning the cases need to have the Case Manager security role or the ability to elevate themselves.

3. Click on the case for Kimberly Christenson.

4. Click "Initial Review Completed."

5. You will be directed to assign the Case Manager field under 'Important Contacts.'

6. Type Ash and Press Enter.

7. Click Zelman Ash, Jessica.

8. Click Save.

9. The assigned case manager will be alerted about the case on their dashboard under the 'Case Review' tab.

10. That's it. You're done.
